We offer a fully equipped and fully staffed gym with large areas dedicated to cardio, resistance, free weights and functional training

We have two studios and an extensive class timetable with over 40 classes each week. The timetable includes Body Balance, Body Combat, Body Pump, Boot Camp, Boxercise, Clubbercise, Cross Training, Insanity, Kettlebells, Kick Fit, Pilates, Running Club, Spinning, Tabata Circuits, Tai Chi, Yoga, Zumba.

Our club is fully staffed with instructors who work with you to ensure you achieve your fitness goals. They design bespoke programmes for you and monitor your progress on a continuing basis. If you want more dedicated support we have more than five personal trainers available to you.

We are centrally located, two minutes walk into town from Tonbridge station.

“I used to train in a gym in London and then moved to Tonbridge and was apprehensive about starting at a new gym again. Peak Fitness was recommended to me so I went along feeling nervous has this wasn’t my gym and I didn’t know anyone.

I had a gym programme on joining and also started to do some classes, Zumba and Yoga and loved them. The instructors are enthusiastic and everyone was so friendly.

To improve my training further I started personal training with Graham and now I feel much healthier, happier, stronger and more vibrant. Training has made me feel I can achieve anything I want to.

From being worried that I didn’t know anyone I am always greeted with a smile by the staff and now find it impossible to leave after my workouts due to me talking to the friends I’ve made in the classes and the gym.
